Structure & Governance

Jubilee Australia is an unincorporated non-profit, non-government organisation.

The activities of Jubilee are governed by a voluntary board of directors and Jubilee’s financial accounts are managed by the National Council of Churches in Australia. Individual Australians can be members of Jubilee by contributing monthly donations to support our ongoing work.

In 2009, the Jubilee Australia Debt & Development Research Centre was established as a separate entity. Overseen by a Committee of leading Australian academics and researchers in the field, the Research Centre strengthens our capacity for rigorous, academic based research into the root causes of poverty in the Asia Pacific and beyond. As an authorised research institute registered with the ATO, donations to support Jubilee's research are now tax deductible.
